Enrollment Procedure/Registration
There are several forms that must be completed and submitted before we can assume the responsibility of caring for your child. One of these is the Enrollment Form. Before a child begins at the center, the enrollment form must be completed, signed by a parent or guardian, and accompanied by a non-refundable registration fee.
Registration Fee Policies And Procedures
Initial registration
There is a $75 registration fee per child, which shall be paid upon acceptance of enrollment with our center. This fee is non-refundable.
Summer School Age
Each summer school age Summer Day Camp participants will be charged an annual $75 registration fee. This fee will be charged at the beginning of each Summer Day Camp season.
Annual Registration Fee
An annual registration fee of $75 per child enrolled will be collected each September, between September 1, through October 30.
Enrollment Requirements
- Parents/guardians must authorize the center to seek emergency medical care if needed. No exceptions.
- All forms must be kept up to date (address, phone, emergency contacts, medical changes).
- Children must attend an interview session with parents before enrollment to visit the facility and meet staff.
- Parents must share any special needs so we can plan proper care. If we lack the training or equipment to meet a child’s needs, we may need to decline enrollment.
- Enrollment is never denied based on race or religion, but may be denied if all spots are filled.
- In cases of custody, separation, or divorce, please provide any legal documents to be kept in your child’s confidential file.

- Emergency Contact / Parent Consent Form
- Health Appraisal Form (physical + immunization record, within 60 days of enrollment)
- Parent Awareness Form
- Verbal Request for Release of Child
- Injury Form
- Child Service Report (completed twice yearly)
Tuition/Fees
Registration Fee – $75 per child
- Infant to 12 months – $330 f/t, $330 p/t, $66 daily
- 13 months to 2 years – $320 f/t, $320 p/t, $64 daily
- 25 months to 3 years – $310 f/t, $310 p/t, $62 daily
- 36 months to 5 years – $300 f/t, $300 p/t, $60 daily
Before and Aftercare $300 weekly
- Full time is considered 5 hours daily
- Part time is considered less than 5 hours daily
Tuition is due on Friday’s prior to week of daycare service . If you keep your child home for any reason (illness vacation), you will still be required to pay your tuition on time and in full. There will be a $10 late fee added to tuition if payment is not received on Monday at noon. Continual late payments are grounds for dismissal. Please be aware that tuition payments are due for holidays, vacations, emergency closings and absences. No fees are refundable. Acceptable payments are cash, Cashapp, Zelle, money order and personal checks. Receipts are given for all tuition payments. Payment arrangements are acceptable if agreed upon by the operator. Payments can be made weekly or biweekly. If there is a default during payment arrangement the contract is voided.
Capacity: The center may enroll up to a maximum of 53 children per day.
